MoodiGrove is a forest puzzle game made by Zentoolia. This policy explains how information is handled by the Android game, at moodigrove.zentoolia.com, and when you get in touch with us.
The MoodiGrove game
Version 1.0.0 works offline. It does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, or in-app purchases. The game does not send your puzzle activity or save data to Zentoolia.
Game progress is stored on your device. This includes your current puzzle, moves and notes, completion results, earned leaves, restored forests, unlocked spirit shapes, and preferences for sound, haptics, animations, rank labels, and mistake checking.
The game uses the device date to choose a daily puzzle and device features for supported sound and haptics. These do not require sending that information to us.
This website
You can browse this website without creating an account. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics. Your selected forest theme may be saved in your browser’s local storage so it can be remembered on your next visit. The practice puzzle runs in your browser and is not connected to your saved game.
The hosting and network providers serving the website may process standard request information, such as an IP address, browser information, the requested page, and request time, to deliver and protect the service. This website does not add a separate visitor-tracking database.
Bug reports and email
If you choose to contact us, we receive the information you send. A bug report can include its subject, category, description, expected behavior, game version, and any device details you choose to provide. Your contact email is optional in the report form. Sending an email also shares the sender information supplied by your email service.
We use this information to investigate issues, improve the game, and respond when appropriate. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or other sensitive personal information.
The report form validates your details and prepares an email draft entirely in your browser. The form contents are not sent to the website server. You choose whether to send the draft from your own email app. A prepared draft is not a submitted report until you send it. You can also copy or download the prepared report.
Support messages are kept as needed to investigate and respond, then deleted when they are no longer needed, subject to any applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of information you have sent.
Service providers and external links
Our hosting and network providers process information needed to serve the website. Support messages you choose to send are received at our Gmail address and are handled by your email provider and Google.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Google explains its practices in its privacy policy .
Links to Google Play and other websites take you to services governed by their own policies. We do not sell your personal information or use support reports for advertising.
Your choices
- Use “Reset all progress” in the game’s Settings to remove saved progress and return to the game defaults. Uninstalling the game also removes its app-local data.
- Clear your browser’s site data to remove the remembered website theme.
- Choose which details to include when reporting a bug. Device details and a reply email are optional.
- Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.
Children’s privacy
The offline game does not collect personal information from players. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website or support messages. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
